Quotes are famous or inspiring phrases or speeches. Many times these are spoken by a celebrity, politician, athlete, writer or other famous person. Quotes, also known as sayings, are normally easy to understand, but sometimes use more difficult vocabulary.
One of my personal favorite quotes:
Not all who wander are lost.
Wander means to move or walk without any immediate purpose or goals.
Personally, this quote means that it is ok to live life without planning everything. Sometimes it is good to accept what comes, sample a little bit of everything that life offers and enjoy as many experiences as possible. That doesn’t mean someone is lost, just that they enjoy the journey more than the destination.
